Publish

One of the main reasons this web presence exists is for the convenience of agents and publishers. After registering, an agent or publisher can login and read the novel. Soon, they'll also be able to find query letters, book proposals, detailed summaries, and other convenient items.

Here's a very brief overview of my marketing plan. By September 2009, Destalis will be complete enough such that I can start submitting query letters to agents and publishers. As of May 2009, I've begun writing some shorter works: flash fiction, short stories, and a second, shorter novel entitled Beyond Cloud Nine. It's my hope that some of these get picked up by magazines and online sites, thus adding to my resume. If Destalis doesn't get noticed by a major publishing house in about a year's time, I'll go the self-publishing route. And throughout it all, I'll employ my search engine marketing skills to help promote my works.
