About the Author

My love of space and science fiction began at a very young age. From Lego space ships to Anime, non-fiction books to episodes of Star Trek, and video games to novels, I've spent a lifetime immersing myself in sci-fi paraphernalia.

I began writing in late elementary and early middle school. Many of my works from that time period appear in the More section; for that matter, almost everything I've written is based upon some concept I came up with back then. College saw a brief lull in my literary works as I focussed my attention on school & general good times.

Shortly after graduating, I began writing Destalis. I've been chugging away on the novel—the work I see as my Magnus Opus —for over five years, trying to get it just right. More recently, I've begun my second novel, Beyond Cloud Nine, which should end up being half as many words and take a quarter of the time to write. I guess I've learned a little bit along the way.

I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I lived in the suburbs of Milwaukee from late elementary school through high school, spent nearly a decade in Madison for college & work, and moved to Saint Louis, Missouri for a couple years to help start a business. More recently, I've returned to the Milwaukee area, and am currently searching for a day job in the IT industry that pays the bills until my writing can serve that function.
